Shuayb J. Founder & CEO, Strive Consultancy
Shuayb J. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strive Consultancy Hub, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He holds a Master of Business Administration and brings over a decade of multidisciplinary experience across the banking, education, training, research, and technology sectors.
Before founding Strive Consultancy, Shuayb served as a lecturer and researcher at the university level, where he developed a strong foundation in curriculum design, professional development, and human capital strategy. His background in banking and web development further equipped him with the financial acumen and technical skills necessary to build a scalable, impact-driven consultancy.
Driven by a commitment to democratizing access to global opportunities for African professionals, Shuayb established Strive Consultancy to provide a centralized, expert-led platform for scholarships, employment, education, and career consultancy. His diverse professional background informs the organization's holistic approach to client success.
